We’ve got eggciting news today and two Easter Specials! Here’s a quick rundown:

– Purchase any pail from our regular line (we used the WHITE pail), and receive a free packet of our Junior stickers. This will help you create the adorable bunnies that we’ve posted this week! Just type in “EASTER” in the comment section at check-out and tell us if you would like the Junior Girl (pink) stickers or the Junior Boy (brown) stickers (a $4.50 value). Special ends April 15th.

– AND, be among the first five to place an order and we will GIVE YOU the bunny eggcessory props from our photo shoot (limit one per order). That includes the bunny ears, hand-made nose & whiskers, and the bunny tail. We put magnets on the back of the nose & tail, so they attach right to the pail.

If you’d like to make your own “Peter Cotton Pail” to use as an Easter decoration or Easter basket, here’s what you need to do:

1) Create a child’s face using the Junior sticker pack which is included free with your order (between now and April 15th).

2) Be one of the first five to place an order and we will include a pack of Bunny Eggcessories (limit one per order). Or, you can easily make them yourself – we purchased our bunny ears at Joann’s, but we’ve also seen them in the dollar section at Target.

3) For the nose, take a white pipe cleaner and cut it into three pieces. Gather the pipe cleaners in the center and hot glue them onto a pom-pom. While the glue is still hot, attach a small magnet to the backside.

4) For the tail, just hot glue a magnet to a white pom-pom and attach to the pail (you can also use a large cotton ball).

That’s it! This also makes a simple and fun DIY craft to do with your kids. After Easter is over, just take off your bunny eggcessories and use your Persona Pail throughout the year!

As you can tell from the photographs, we continue to find FUN new ways to use the Persona Pail! Not sure if you can see through our clever disguise, but underneath those cute whiskers and bunny eggcessories, you’ll discover our very own Persona Gift Pail. These adorable bunnies make great Easter decorations and perhaps you can even start a new tradition and fill an Easter Pail instead of an Easter Basket!

On Wednesday, not only will we show you how to create your own Peter Cotton Pail, we’ll also offer a fantastic Easter special AND provide you with free Easter printables! Hope the pics below put a little hop in your step this Monday morning!

A few months back, we took out a calendar and noticed that Administrative Assistant Day was coming up on April 27th. At the same time, we “googled” gift ideas and really came up dry (other than a traditional gift basket or bouquet of flowers). That’s when we came up with the idea to create a “desk party,” complete with custom wrapped chocolate, tea, and a desk banner. Then, we realized that not only does this gift design work for assistants, but also for your favorite teachers! Some additional pail filler ideas might include small desk accessories, a beautiful new pen, magnets, CD, and gift cards (maybe even to a favorite SPA!). We designed the “Thank You” Printable Collection with a retro typewriter motif and a vivid orange and blue color scheme. Of course, our Nine to Five Nancy persona from the Orange Gift Pail really does the trick in lending us her professional style.

Th entire printable collection along with the ORANGE gift pail kit is available at our NEW Etsy shop for one low price!  And, as our way of saying THANK YOU to our subscribers and followers, we’ll be providing a FREE printable to create these cute mini candy bar wrappers later this week!

Here’s a quick look at what’s included in the “Thank You” Printable Collection:

Typewriter Note Card
Convey your thanks with this retro-style typewriter note card (blank inside).  Sized to fit the same envelope which is provided in your gift pail kit.

T-Bags
Create custom tea by taking off the existing tag and replacing with a “T-Bag” graphic . . . we used Lipton Tusan Lemon Black Tea (20 pyramid tea bags).

T-time Cello Topper
Package your custom tea in a “T-Time” bag, complete with colorful cello topper. Sized to attach to a 5“ wide treat bag.

Chocolate Lovers Mini Candy Bar Wrappers
Print on copy paper, cut and wrap around miniature Hershey bars (6 styles).

Chocolate Lovers Medium Candy Bar Wrappers
Five styles designed to wrap around 1.55 oz. candy bars (we used Nestle’s Crunch).

Mini Banner ( 2” circles)
Create a festive “desk party” and decorate with a mini “#1 ASSISTANT” banner or a “THANK YOU” banner — perfect to hang on a bulletin board or drape across a computer screen.

Medium Banner (3” circles)
Create a medium banner (”#1 ASSISTANT” or “THANK YOU”) for larger areas such as across a doorway, on a wall or for window decor.

NOTE: The orange retro typewriter mug was created by Circa Ceramics based out of Chicago.  You can find this great product plus lots more at their etsy shop!

We hope this collection provides some creative inspiration for your own gift giving. And, be sure to bookmark our NEW Etsy shop – we will be adding more designs in the very near future!

Although we think of “the luck of the Irish” every year in March with the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day (and its a very good excuse to celebrate!), you can also wish a colleague, friend or loved one good luck throughout the year. With a new job, promotion, new home, graduation…you name it! That was the idea behind the creation of our O’ Lucky Day Persona…what would be a good name for her…maybe Lady Luck Lucy? (Whether she’s playing cards, Bunko or shopping a great sale, Lady Luck Lucy collects 4 leaf clovers and always has a little luck on her side.)

We used the GREEN pail kit to create LUCY; but you can also use the ORANGE pail to get a true Leprechaun/Irish feel. Just download the free printable note card and add a fun hair accessory or hat. Melinda found a cute jeweled bauble and pinned it on top of a green bow.  Check back later in the week for LUCKY pail filling ideas!

The dreaded cold and flu season is definitely here and that gave us the idea to create a Get Well Soon Persona Pail gift . . . meet Boo Boo Bootsey! This colorful and  heartwarming gift can brighten the day of anyone under the weather.  Melinda created Bootsey with the Junior Girl kit but she didn’t stop there . . . before long, Melinda designed an entire ensemble with an adorable Owl theme – complete with Tissooos, Soooop, and Get Well Sooon Joooce! To add extra well wishes, just hang the cheerful owl pennant on a doorway, mirror or even a bed. (HINT: You can choose any hair color – for a boy, select our Junior Brown kit. For a grown-up, select any of our 7 different colors!)

The owl cooookies were made by our favorite baker, Allyson Jane. Ally creates fabulous designer desserts to dress your table. Although her cakes and desserts are simply splendid, her custom cookies are out of this world! You can view all of Ally’s delicious designs on her blog and connect with her on Facebook.

Next, we incorporated a Retro Ice Bag from Gal Pal. The old-fashioned ice bag reminds us of grandma’s house, but with a modern twist! Just fill with ice/cold water or hot water to soothe headaches, muscles aches and other “boo-boos.”  The ice bag comes in a wide range of fashionable designs and measures 6″ in diameter. Gal Pal was started by Shannon Larkin and Courtney Rovira in 2000 when they left the corporate world to start their own company. Check out all of their wonderful products at www.gal-pal.com.

Here’s what you’ll need to create your own Get Well Sooooon gift:

– 10 oz. can of Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup – there’s nothing better!

– 12 oz. Gatorade – we used Glacier Freeze flavor.

– Mini pack of tissues.

– Download the free printable graphics here.

Print and cut out the custom owl graphics. Then wrap around product, trim to size and secure with double-sided tape. That’s it! Later this week, we’ll give you more ideas on how to “fill your pail” so stay toooooned!

We hope you enjoy the printables and that it brings a little TLC to a friend or loved one!
